(14 Day Water Fast) Fasting reminds you: you need less than you think.

Day 1

Fasting reminds you: you need less than you think. Fear less than you believe. And you can risk more than you allow yourself.

Last 40 Day fast.

You get one shot at this. One chance to see how far you can stretch, how bold you can be, how much impact you can make.

I know I promised you all I would give the heads up about my next fast. Forgive me. Sometimes the spirit moves and the body follows. Right now is the time, because it always is.

Fourteen days. Maybe more.

Sometimes the most authentic moves can't be scheduled. Can't be planned or announced or prepared for. They just happen when the moment demands it.

 A call from my brother in law set things into motion. Been feeling that pull all week. That restlessness. That sense that something needed to shift, something needed to be released. Tried to ignore it, tried to plan around it, tried to make it convenient.

But the spirit doesn't work on our timeline. It works on its own rhythm, its own knowing. And when it calls for fourteen days of emptiness to create space for fullness, you either answer or spend weeks fighting what wants to emerge naturally.

So here I am. Unplanned. Unannounced. Committing to two weeks of hunger, maybe longer if that's what's needed. Following something deeper than promises or schedules.

This is what living authentically looks like sometimes. Messy. Spontaneous. Guided by intuition rather than obligation. Fourteen days of letting go to see what wants to take hold.

The fast will teach what it needs to teach. The hunger will reveal what it needs to reveal. The clarity will come when it's ready.

Some journeys you plan. Others plan you.
